Six-week Psilocybin Microdosing Program

Embark on a transformative journey of self-discovery with this six-week psilocybin microdosing program, designed to help you unlock inner growth and clarity through mindful practices and intentional reflection. This program is designed to support mindful growth, self-awareness, and intentional well-being. Each week includes a theme, dosing schedule, and mindfulness practices tailored to deepen your experience and insights. Before beginning, it’s important to consult with a medical professional, especially if you have a mental health condition or are taking medications.
Week 1

Intention Setting & Awareness

Goal: Clarify your intentions and bring awareness to your current patterns of thought and behavior.

  • Microdosing Schedule: Take a microdose (starting with 0.5-2mg, depending on individual tolerance, which will be tailored in the first two weeks) on Days 1 - 4, with no dosing on days 5-7.
  • Mindfulness Practice: Daily Journaling – Spend 10-15 minutes each day journaling about your intentions for this program. Reflect on what you hope to gain and any specific aspects of yourself or your life you wish to explore or change.
  • Guided Meditation: Focus on breath awareness for 10 minutes each day. Notice thoughts, emotions, and bodily sensations as they arise, letting them pass without judgment.

This week, focus on setting a clear intention for your journey. Ask yourself, "What do I hope to gain, release, or understand through this experience?" Journaling will help clarify and document your intentions. Each morning, write down your intentions, thoughts, or emotions, and reflect on any specific areas of life where you’d like to grow. In the evening, journal on how the day went and any changes in perspective or mood.

Week 2

Presence & Observation

Goal: Deepen your ability to stay present in each moment and observe your internal and external experiences.

  • Microdosing Schedule: Take a microdose (0.5-2mg, dialing in your dose this week) on Days 1 - 4, off days 5-7.
  • Mindfulness Practice: Body Scan Meditation – Practice a 15-minute body scan, moving your attention slowly through each part of your body to notice sensations. This can help you stay grounded and increase your awareness of physical and emotional responses.
  • Journaling Prompt: Reflect on moments when you felt fully present. What helped you stay in the moment? What pulled you away?

This week, practice being fully present in each moment. Start each day with a short breathing exercise or a body scan to connect with your senses. Focus on noticing the sensations in your body, the sounds around you, and the emotions as they arise. Throughout the day, pause occasionally to take a few deep breaths and remind yourself to stay grounded in the present moment. Reflect in your journal about how mindfulness affects your awareness and how you experience each day.

Week 3

Self-Compassion & Acceptance

Goal: Cultivate compassion for yourself and practice accepting yourself as you are.

  • Microdosing Schedule: Take a microdose (0.5-2mg) on Days 1 - 4, off days 5-7.
  • Mindfulness Practice: Loving-Kindness Meditation – For 10-15 minutes, practice sending kind thoughts first to yourself and then to others. Use phrases like “May I be happy, may I be healthy, may I live with ease.”
  • Journaling Prompt: Note any moments of self-criticism during the week. Reflect on how you might respond to yourself with kindness and understanding instead.

This week’s focus is on cultivating kindness toward yourself. Engage in a loving-kindness meditation, where you repeat phrases like, "May I be happy, may I be healthy, may I be safe," and extend these wishes to others. This practice can help you build compassion for yourself and those around you. Notice if any self-critical thoughts arise and try to respond with kindness. Journal your reflections, noting any shifts in self-judgment or emotional resilience.

Week 4

Growth & Letting Go

Goal: Identify and release old patterns or beliefs that no longer serve you, making room for new growth.

  • Microdosing Schedule: Take a microdose (0.5-2mg) on Days 1 - 4, off days 5-7.
  • Mindfulness Practice: Visualization Exercise – Visualize a situation, habit, or belief you wish to release. Picture yourself letting it go and imagine the freedom or space created within you as a result.
  • Journaling Prompt: Write about any habits, beliefs, or fears you’re ready to release. What impact have they had on your life, and how will you feel once they’re no longer present?

This week, focus on observing your thoughts without judgment. Try to notice any patterns in your thinking, especially those that may feel limiting or negative. Use a simple mindfulness practice where you observe your thoughts as if watching them drift by like clouds. Allow them to pass without attaching meaning or judgment. At the end of each day, reflect on your journal about any recurring thoughts or mental patterns, and consider how these patterns might affect your emotions and actions.

Connection & Gratitude

Goal: Strengthen your connection to yourself, others, and the world around you, and practice gratitude daily.

  • Microdosing Schedule: Take a microdose (0.5-2mg) on Days 1 - 4, off days 5-7.
  • Mindfulness Practice: Gratitude Practice – Each day, write down three things you’re grateful for, focusing on different areas of your life. As you do this, take a few moments to feel the appreciation in your body.
  • Guided Meditation: Focus on sending gratitude to different parts of your body or aspects of your life.
  • Journaling Prompt: Reflect on how practicing gratitude each day affects your mood and outlook.

This week, bring your attention to things you appreciate in your life. Each evening, write down three things you’re grateful for, big or small. Try to be specific (e.g., “the warmth of the sun on my face,” or “a meaningful conversation with a friend”). Notice how this gratitude practice impacts your mood and outlook. Use your reflections to deepen your appreciation for both the simple and significant things in your life.
